Known as Nuad Bo’Rarn, Thai massage is the manual component of traditional Thai medicine. It is considered to be a meditative practice in which the practitioner uses stretching, palm and thumb pressing and yoga poses to create a therapeutic effect for the client. During the treatment, the practitioner focuses on energy lines known as sens, which can lead to shifts of energy and change within the client’s body. Thai massage is usually performed on the floor, and the client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement.

Warm Stones Massage
By adding heated volcanic stones to our Customized Bodywork Sessions, the connective tissue and muscles are able to release even more adhesions, allowing knots to loosen and muscular pain to diminish. Stones are placed on specific areas of the body and are used during the strokes along your musculature. You will feel very relaxed and loose after a Warm Stones Session. A great time to take a nap or simply rest in the sanctuary of your home.

Prenatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Prenatal Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
